early communication bed arrangement prime location
I booked the one-bedroom apartment balcony. the hotel sent an email one week prior, asking about the bed arrangements. They easily accommodated our request. the apartment had two televisions, one in the bedroom and another in the living room. the location was perfect, near shops and restaurants.

the staff was friendly. my room was very clean. the towels were changed frequently.
the kitchen utensils were not plentiful. some items looked quite worn.

I was really surprised by the tv setup. Netflix and amazon prime were both available. the staff were really helpful and friendly. the hotel provided fans and coolers in the room, appreciated.

friendly staff clean room
The reception staff were friendly.. they helped with directions. My room was very clean and also the bed was very comfortable. Towels were changed frequently . The kitchenette in the room had everything I needed. It made preparing meals easy.
The limited parking was a slight inconvenience, I used a car park a short walk away. It would be nice to have more parking on site.

loud noise early morning noise
The room was clean. It had everything I needed for a short stay.
The noise was a real problem. People were loud outside my window late at night and early in the morning. The noise woke me up around 5:30 every day.
